As the great philosopher Aristotle once said, "You are what you do repeatedly." Rowing is no exception and it's a fair argument that in no other sport is one sequence of movements so finely repeated, with the aim of perfecting maximum boat speed from minimal effort. No other sport has even close to the capacity to connect up to 8 individuals, unified by this one cause, guided by your god-like coxswain and patient coach. In this continual struggle for perfection, it is no wonder that after only a few outings in what is the ultimate of technical team sports...you're hooked!
