MINIBUS DRIVERS
We are starting a clean slate with drivers that are insured on the college minibuses as the insurance company have changed the information they would like from students.
Even if you have previously been driving the bus, you are required to do this!
You must fulfil the following criteria:
- You must hold a full, clean driving licence.
- You must have held your licence for 3 years.
- You must be over 21 years of age.
You are only required to send a copy of the card and paper parts of your drivers licence with a covering letter (Name, year, course) to Claire Delaney, Finance Office, Camden and from there your details will be passed to the insurers to confirm you are eligible to drive the minibuses.
You may still apply even if you have points on your licence, but must declare this in the covering letter. Depending on what the points were for, insurers will still sometimes allow you to drive!
